Returns on Embroidered and Personalized Items
In the event that Historyshopping.com makes an error in your order, we will refund your money or redo the item and send you the new item at no additional cost to you. We do request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is time sensitive for a specific event, we must have at least 7 working days to replace the item and resend it. If less time is provided based on our original ship date, we will ship on a priority basis.
If you place an order with incorrect information (i.e., wrong ship’s hull identification) or incorrect size we will be happy to correct the error and send you a corrected item. However, in this situation, the replacement item will be charged at 65% of its listed price (shipping costs will not refunded). Items that have been personalized will not be eligible for the 35% credit. We will be obligated to charge you in full for replacement items.
Returns on Stock Items
All stock items purchased from HistoryShopping.com is subject to a full money back guarantee. A full refund or replacement, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, will be given.
