Returns on Embroidered and Personalized Items
In the event that Historyshopping.com makes an error in your order, we will refund your money or redo the item and send you the new item at no additional cost to you. We do request that the incorrect item be returned to us at our expense. If the item is time sensitive for a specific event, we must have at least 7 working days to replace the item and resend it. If less time is provided based on our original ship date, we will ship on a priority basis.
If we ship you an item with incorrect information (i.e., wrong ship’s hull identification) or incorrect size we will be happy to send you a corrected item.
However, if the error was because of the information you provided us, it is yours. We will be happy to replace it, but the replacement item will be charged at 65% of its listed price (shipping costs will not refunded).

All stock items purchased from HistoryShopping.com is subject to a full money back guarantee. A full refund or replacement, less shipping charges and a 10% restocking fee, will be given.
